Placing your order
At Dragon’s Garden we want your shopping experience to be enjoyable as well as easy.
- Whilst browsing the site you can click on any item to see a larger image and further information
- If you wish to buy it you can choose the quantity of items desired and then click on ‘Add to basket’
- Return to your shopping until you are ready to pay
- Your basket icon is on the top right of the page. Click on or hover over this to view the items in your basket
Confirming your order
You will automatically receive a ‘confirming your order and thank you’ email. If you do not receive such an email this means we received the wrong email address on the order form. Please don’t hesitate to call us on 07938723645 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are in any doubt about your order.
Paying for your order
You can make a secure payment for your order via PayPal.
Paypal accepts all major debit and credit cards and your card company will automatically convert currency if you are shopping from outside the UK.
Postage is added automatically to your order during Checkout. Please contact us in advance if you have queries about the postage rates for an order you may wish to make. There is a flat rate postage of £3.95 for the UK, free if your order is over £50.00
The price includes all UK and EU taxes. If you are outside the EU your government may add other taxes or duties. Please contact your country’s customs authorities for more information.
Delivering your order
A normal delivery within the UK may take between 2 to 4 days. Outside of the UK may take between 4 to 21 days. We use Royal Mail for our deliveries, if we get your order early in the day we will try our best to get it into the post that day, if we get your order on Saturday, Sunday or a bank holiday we’ll post it to you on the next working day
Returning or exchanging your order
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your items have any faults or we made an error in processing your order, please return the item to us within 7 days & we will refund the cost of your item & the postage to return it.
If you get your item and it isn’t quite what you wanted, please return the item to us with labels attached, in perfect condition within 14 days and we will refund the cost of your item, we do not refund postage.
Cancelling your order
If you have a complaint please contact us as soon as is convenient. We value and respond to such feedback as soon as we can. You can send us a note online via our ‘Contact Us’ page, or by telephone or mail.
Individual and unique products
It is possible that there may be slight differences in colours and patterns between the product you receive compared to the image you saw when you were ordering online. This is likely because our goods are made by hand by individual craftspeople. This brings a uniqueness to each item we hope you will love.
